My Training

A Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner is trained in utilizing and interpreting various Labs to investigate and identify hidden root causes that are keeping the body in a state of Metabolic Chaos. Using proven protocols that have helped 1000’s of people recover their health, I work with clients 1-1 and in small groups to best support them to their health outcomes in the shortest amount of time possible. I work with 3 doctors to confirm and guide the appropriate lab findings and suggested healing opportunities to most completely serve the client.

This training further deepened my skillset to determine a Functional Approach to addressing Root Causes for chronic conditions. A thorough understanding of the multi-faceted nature of living a vital and healthful life, not just surviving debilitating symptoms, allows me to work closely with my clients as they recover their health, and ultimately their joy.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money.
